Terms of Service

Envoi Tech  ·  Effective: July 23, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications and related services provided by Envoi Tech ("Envoi Tech," "we," "us," or "our"): congregation-facing apps used by church members (the "Congregation Apps") and an administration app used by authorized church staff (the "Admin App," and together with the Congregation Apps and any related services, the "Service").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a church or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. The Service

Envoi Tech provides a multi-tenant platform for churches and faith-based organizations. Each church operates its own instance of the Service, and that church's data is stored under its own account and is accessible only to that church's authorized staff. Features may include announcements and push notifications, sermon and livestream media, small-group messaging, connection cards, giving and event information, devotionals, text messaging, and tools for creating and publishing content to a church's own social media accounts.

Available features vary by church and by plan. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

Church accounts

A church accesses the Admin App through accounts we or the church's administrators provision for authorized staff and volunteers. The church is responsible for who it authorizes and for all activity under its accounts.

Member accounts

Church members may use a Congregation App with or without signing in, depending on the features their church enables. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Age

The Service is intended for use by individuals who are able to form a binding contract, and by minors only with the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian, or their church. Do not use the Service if you are not permitted to do so under applicable law.

3. Church Administrator Responsibilities

A church that uses the Service (the "Church") controls its own instance and is responsible for how it is configured and used. In particular, the Church agrees that it:

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. User Content

"User Content" means content submitted through the Service, including messages, prayer requests, photos, connection-card submissions, and content a Church creates or publishes.

Ownership. You (or your Church, as applicable) retain ownership of your User Content. We do not claim ownership of it.

License to operate the Service. You grant Envoi Tech a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and display your User Content solely as needed to provide and maintain the Service — for example, storing a group message so it can be shown to your group, or transmitting an image you choose to publish to your Church's own social media page.

Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit and publish it. We may remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to monitor User Content.

6. Social Media and Third-Party Publishing

The Service lets a Church connect its own third-party accounts — such as a Facebook Page it controls — and publish its own content to them. When a Church connects such an account, it authorizes Envoi Tech to publish content and access information for that account on the Church's behalf, and only as directed through the Service.

Use of any connected third-party platform is also subject to that platform's own terms and policies. The Church is responsible for its compliance with those terms and for the content it chooses to publish. A Church may disconnect a connected account at any time through the Admin App.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers to deliver certain features (for example, push notifications, media hosting and streaming, text messaging, cloud infrastructure, and social-media publishing). Your use of those features may be subject to the respective provider's terms, and their availability is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their inclusion does not imply our endorsement of, or responsibility for, them.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Envoi Tech and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

9. Fees

Some plans or features may require payment. Where fees apply, they will be described in a separate agreement or order with the Church. Except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any content or communication will be delivered.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Envoi Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Envoi Tech from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in South Dakota, United States, except where prohibited by applicable law.
